Our crucibles are the workhorses of thermal metal containment. Designed for durability under prolonged heat, flux, and oxidation exposure, they deliver performance and longevity across a range of melting operations.

Innovac crucibles are offered in both clay-graphite and silicon carbide (SiC) variants. Each formulation is chosen based on specific client needs, from general-purpose melting to high-purity alloying. We focus on maintaining low porosity, excellent thermal conductivity, and thermal shock resistance, ensuring fewer cracks, spalls, or collapses during metal handling.

The high-density microstructure of our crucibles allows faster melt rates while conserving energy. Their compatibility with electric induction, gas-fired, and resistance heating furnaces makes them a go-to choice for versatility in the foundry environment.

Innovac supplies crucibles in capacities ranging from 1kg lab-scale up to 100kg industrial production sizes. Custom shapes, pouring lips, or tap holes can also be incorporated to match your melt setup.

What’s more, we test each crucible batch for slag attack resistance, oxidation rate, and weight loss over multiple cycles, so you can be confident in product lifespan before investing in large-scale adoption.
