Pipe Sections

Innovac’s pre-formed ceramic fiber pipe sections provide reliable high-temperature insulation for industrial piping systems across power plants, refineries, steel mills, and chemical processing facilities. Designed to reduce energy loss, surface temperatures, and heat exposure to adjacent systems, they are a critical component in any thermal management strategy.

Our pipe sections are produced using vacuum-forming technology to ensure uniform density, consistent wall thickness, and excellent surface finish. Each section is factory-cut to fit standard pipe diameters (½″ to 12″), with custom inner diameters and wall thicknesses available on request. Their low thermal conductivity and high temperature resistance (up to 1500°C) make them ideal for steam, exhaust, or flue gas systems.

Unlike mineral wool or calcium silicate options, Innovac ceramic fiber pipe sections are non-brittle and flexible, making installation over elbows, tees, or flanges easier. They can be fastened with standard banding techniques or paired with Innovac’s high-temperature adhesive and jacketing systems for outdoor or corrosive environments.

Our insulation is resistant to chemical attack from oils, acids, and solvents, and does not promote microbial growth, making it suitable for cleanroom-adjacent zones or food processing industries. The fiber matrix is also bio-soluble and free from asbestos or heavy metals, aligning with environmental and worker safety standards.

Each batch is tested for compressive strength, shrinkage at temperature, and linear dimensional change, ensuring your pipeline systems stay protected year after year. For multi-layered insulation systems, we also provide engineering guidelines and layering support to achieve your desired U-value or thickness constraints.
